    Sunday & Thursday Weekly Mindfulness Meditation Circle

    Please join us for our weekly Sunday & Thursday mindfulness meditation group via zoom . 

    Sundays from 11:00am – 12:30pm

    Thursdays, 11am-11:45am 

    We explore the many positive benefits of this peaceful and grounding practice. There will be basic instruction, a talk on a mindfulness related topic and a period of mindful sharing. 

    A Day of Mindfulness - Feb. 25th, 2023

    Please join us for our next Day of Mindfulness Retreat at the lovely Great Mahakala Retreat House in Miami, Fl.  – This event starts at 8am and ends at 6pm on Saturday, Feb. 25th, 2023. It will include 3 delicious chef prepared Vegetarian meals (Breakfast, lunch and dinner), short Dharma talks, Seated, Walking and Eating Meditation, Mindful Movement and will end with a Sound Healing Meditation. 

    You must register and pay to attend at EventBrite-Feb. 25th – Day of Practice. Beginning to experienced meditators are welcome.

    Introduction to Mindfulness and Compassion Practices – Coming Soon. 

    This is an opportunity to experience these transformative and healing practices with others in an online class setting. There will be 6 consecutive meetings (unless otherwise noted) Wednesdays from 6:30pm – 8:00pm and each session consists of short lectures, videos, interactive exercises, guided meditations and ends with a period of mindful inquiry. There are practices assigned in between sessions to help build the skills of Mindfulness and Compassion. The course includes a half day free Day of Mindfulness Event on a Saturday.
