Please join us for our upcoming 5-day, residential, insight meditation retreat, which will take place from January 7th-11th, 2022. The theme of the retreat will be on Wisdom and Compassion through the practice of Mindfulness of breathing. We will also explore the mind-body-heart connection through embodied practices.
Each day there will be a lecture, some light guided instruction, a gentle mindful movement class, practice support meetings, and plenty of silent time to practice loving-kindness, self-compassion, and mindfulness meditation through seated, walking, mindful eating and contemplative writing exercises to explore each factor. The retreat begins Friday, 7th at 4pm and ends Tuesday, January 11th at 2pm. We have 3 levels of accomodations, including a commuter rate for those who aren’t planning on sleeping at the retreat center. The rates are:
Commuter Rate – $530.00
Private room/Shared Bath – $730..00
Private room/private bath – $830.00
The rate includes meals, snacks, activities, and for those choosing residential rates, the acommodations are included.
We will also be taking safety precautions due to Covid-19. We are requiring that all who attend be vaccinated and show proof of vaccination prior to the start of retreat.
